Introduces Beverage Book Filled with Fresh Signature Cocktails and Craft Beers

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Likeable characters are the hallmark of any good book. So when Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill created its new beverage book, it sought out the most colorful characters it could find.  Among them are the Blood Orange Passion Rita, Fresh Diamond Margarita, and Smokin' Cucumber Mary. There are 14 new signature cocktails, as well as a new line up of craft beers – all developed to provide guests a new drink experience that, like a good book, will be hard to put down. The new drink offerings complement Smokey Bones ' new menu, which was introduced in December.

The man behind the transformation is Smokey Bones CEO Christopher Artinian . After spending 17 years with Morton's The Steakhouse, he came to Smokey Bones last summer with a mission to elevate the dining experience. In addition to the new drinks and menu offerings, he has made top service a priority, and is bringing fun activities – like an enhanced Burger Battle and Celebrity Bartender events – to add to the excitement.

"We have a great story to tell guests with our new beverage book," said Artinian. "You won't find these drinks at a casual dining restaurant chain. We worked many long hours developing the cocktails to make them unique so that Smokey Bones can provide its guests the best drink offerings. Smokey Bones is promoting the new drinks through a series of beverage book launch party events in select markets. These parties are food and drink pairing events, offered to guests for just $15. Representatives from major liquor labels will be on hand to answer questions and talk about the flavor profiles in each drink. In addition, on February 22, Smokey Bones will offer free sampling of its Fresh Diamond Margarita in celebration of National Margarita Day.
