Solix, Inc. Appoints Jack Miller Chief Operating Officer Year of Growth Includes Expansion of Government Client Services & Successful Entry into Commercial Market

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Solix, Inc., a leading provider of government and commercial process outsourcing solutions that administers more than $4.5 billion on behalf of its clients, today announced it has named Jack Miller as Chief Operating Officer. Miller, who had been serving as Solix' Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Corporate Development, succeeds Neil Fant who announced his retirement.  Miller joined Solix in 2001 and has led the management of the company's operations and business development activities. He has more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience including service as a vice president for NYNEX and Bell Atlantic.

Now known as Solix CMR, the subsidiary provides customer care and support services such as Live Agent Teleservices, Click-to-Chat, Automated Interactive Voice Services and Fulfillment Management. Solix CMR joins previous acquisition Lytmos Group, Inc. in the growing Solix family of companies. Lytmos, which provides peer-review and grant program administration to government and private organizations managing competitive grant programs, was purchased in 2008.
