Solix, Inc. Appoints Jack Miller Chief Operating Officer Year of Growth Includes Expansion of Government Client Services & Successful Entry into Commercial Market
PARSIPPANY, N.J., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Solix, Inc., a leading provider of government and commercial process outsourcing solutions that administers more than $4.5 billion on behalf of its clients, today announced it has named Jack Miller as Chief Operating Officer. Miller, who had been serving as Solix' Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Corporate Development, succeeds Neil Fant who announced his retirement. Miller joined Solix in 2001 and has led the management of the company's operations and business development activities. He has more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience including service as a vice president for NYNEX and Bell Atlantic.
"Jack has played a critical role in the success and growth Solix has experienced," said Solix CEO John C. Parry. "His industry knowledge and deep familiarity of the needs of Solix' clients provide us with a sound foundation to build upon."
Miller's promotion comes during a year of achievement for the company which has included significant client renewals and new signings in the government sector along with a commitment to provide more services through the acquisition of Consolidated Market Response (CMR). Now known as Solix CMR, the subsidiary provides customer care and support services such as Live Agent Teleservices, Click-to-Chat, Automated Interactive Voice Services and Fulfillment Management. Solix CMR joins previous acquisition Lytmos Group, Inc. in the growing Solix family of companies. Lytmos, which provides peer-review and grant program administration to government and private organizations managing competitive grant programs, was purchased in 2008. Solix also emerged this year as a provider of choice for commercial clients seeking the growing portfolio of services and expertise the company has provided for government clients.
"Solix' success is built on the service and the proven solutions we have offered our clients in the government sector which has come to regard us as a trusted source to manage highly sensitive and critical programs with efficiency and quality," Miller said. "I'm honored to accept this responsibility and look forward to expanding Solix' presence in the commercial market while maintaining our commitment to providing the very best service for government customers as well."
Government clients choose Solix to manage public benefit programs ranging from funding for schools, libraries and healthcare facilities to qualifying low-income consumers for discounted utility services and reviewing grant requests for scientific research. Commercial clients choose Solix to simplify and manage customer contact operations as well as processes often related to meeting regulatory requirements.
Solix has earned numerous accolades this year. The Business Expansion Award, awarded by the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, recognized the company for its reinvestment in the region which includes opening its new headquarters and the creation of jobs. The chamber also awarded Solix the Business and Community Service Award for the company's strong commitment to community service and philanthropy.
