This latest release of My Q-Service(TM) provides customers with a variety
of new functions, including the ability to check available inventory and
packaging detail before placing an order, update customer contacts in
Southwire's database, submit customer service requests, and locate real-time
product specifications in the company's comprehensive catalog. The new
functionality was introduced to customers on November 7th with additional
version releases planned over the next few months.
