
Special Easter Celebration: Easter at the Hollywood Bowl Hosted by Bel Air Presbyterian Church
LOS ANGELES, March 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bel Air Presbyterian Church will be hosting its annual Easter Service, "Easter at the Bowl," on Sunday, April 4, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the famed Hollywood Bowl at 2301 North Highland Avenue, Los Angeles, California. Open to the public, this event gathers over 10,000 Angelenos for the largest Easter celebration in the city.
The service offers an open and welcoming environment for people from all walks of life, all faiths and denominations to come together and learn about the celebration of Easter from a Christian perspective. The program will include a performance by the Easter Choir, a modern worship band, and a professional orchestra. The Senior Pastor of Bel Air Presbyterian Church, Dr. Mark Brewer, will give the Easter message of hope and grace.

Easter at the Bowl is free to everyone, and groups are encouraged not only to travel together but also arrive early to enjoy a picnic in the open-air performance space. The grounds of the Hollywood Bowl will be open two hours prior to the service starting at 9 a.m., with "The Market Cafe" opening at 10 a.m. It is suggested that guests arrive by 9:40 a.m. to allow ample time for parking. Service will conclude at 12:15 p.m. The Hollywood Bowl is a great place for families to come together, so no childcare will be provided.
Parking is free and will be available at the Hollywood Bowl parking lots. Attendants will be available to direct and facilitate with parking. Carpooling is encouraged.
