SpikeSource, an open source IT services company, today announced the creation
of an ecosystem of technology, consulting, implementation and information
firms to help companies leverage the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of
open source software in the enterprise.

The two companies are also working on a dynamic license calculator that
will be integrated with the SpikeSource Asset Manager (SAM).
