The Company intends to draw against the Facility to fund growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.

This enhancement to our Agreement provides us with significantly stronger liquidity as we seek out further opportunities to create value for our shareholders."
In addition to HSBC, the syndicate included RBC, TD, CIBC, National Bank, BMO, EDC and Raymond James.
As at September 30, 2016, the Company had a total of US$107.9 million available under the Revolving and Term Facilities of its Credit Agreement.
