1/2oz Spring44 Gin
1/2oz  Creme Yvette
1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine
Lemon Twist

Shake all ingredients and pour into a champagne flute. Top off with sparkling wine and lemon twist garnish.

Fill with Goslings Ginger Beer

2oz Spring 44 Honey Vodka
1oz Ginger Honey Syrup
3/4oz Gala Apple Puree
1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Club Soda

Place all ingredients (except club soda) in a mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass over new ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a gala apple wedge
