Sprint Signs Multiyear, Multimillion Dollar Agreement to Provide Hosting And Ethernet Services to Stealth Communications

    OVERLAND PARK, Kan., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Sprint (NYSE:   FON, PCS)
 announced today that it has signed a multiyear, multimillion dollar contract
 to provide hosting and Sprint Ethernet Services(TM) to New York-based Stealth
 Communications Inc.

     Sprint will provide Stealth Communications with managed Web-hosting
 services backed by industry-leading service level agreements for network
 availability and network performance.

     Also as part of the agreement, Sprint will provide Stealth with a managed
