Sprouts Farmers Market Opens Its Third Austin Location in Rollingwood

Grand opening festivities begin at 7am on October 16th!

PHOENIX, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Growing natural foods retailer, Sprouts Farmers Market, will debut its third Austin-area location in Rollingwood on October 16th at the Mira Vista Shopping Center (2805 Bee Caves Road); a fourth store is scheduled to open in Great Hills in January. Sprouts, in an unprecedented move, joins one of the nation's natural food epicenters with four openings in the Austin Metro area.

Since Austin has been the pulse of the natural foods movement for nearly three decades, growing new Sprouts stores in the Austin area is a top priority for the grocer. Sprouts hopes to be Austin's natural alternative for their families' grocery needs. Scheduled grand opening events:

Friday, October 16th:

• 6:55am: Giant pumpkin pie and ribbon cutting ceremony
• 7am: Grand opening and breakfast buffet (while supplies last)
• Free reusable bags will be handed out and used for all customer purchases (while supplies last)
  

Saturday, October 17th:

• 7am: Sprouts "goodie" bags to the first 200 customers (with purchase)
• 6-9pm: Sprouts is hosting a free concert with local band The Fire Ants
  

Friday, November 13th:

• 10am-5pm: The world famous "Cheese Lady" Sarah Kaufmann, will carve a 300-pound block of chipotle cheese in a "Texas" theme
