Standard & Poor's Announces Change to U.S. Index

 

NEW YORK, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Comfort Systems USA Inc. (NYSE: FIX) will replace Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: CHIC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Tuesday, September 29. Advent CR Holdings is acquiring Charlotte Russe in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date.

Comfort Systems USA provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation, maintenance, repair and replacement services. Headquartered in Houston, TX, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Construction & Engineering Sub-Industry index.
