World Famous Michelin Guide Recommends StarWorld Restaurants

The Michelin Guide (www.michelinguide.com) is an internationally recognised guide to the best restaurants in the world. Besides its reputable star ratings, the guide is also used by locals and travellers seeking trusted restaurant recommendations. In the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2010, only 53 restaurants were recognized and nine restaurants are awarded as starred restaurants, among them, StarWorld's Jade Garden was awarded a "One Star" rating. Moreover, StarWorld's Laurel was selected in the Bib Gourmand Category in the guide. The Bib Gourmand Category indicates Michelin inspectors' favorites for good value.

Michelin Guide Recommends StarWorld's Laurel and Jade Garden

Jade Garden is located on the sixth floor of the StarWorld Hotel. The restaurant was founded in 1990 with numerous branches now located throughout Shanghai. As a renowned Shanghainese restaurant, Jade Garden strives to serve authentic Shanghainese cuisine, flying in native chefs and local ingredients.

Guests can enjoy speciality dishes such as Suzhou and Jiejiang at StarWorld's Jade Garden. Integrating traditional and modern cuisines, the restaurant serves a variety of mouth-watering specialties including steamed shad and fire-roasted honey beef.
