DIRECTV Customers Eligible to Receive a $25 Target Gift Card with New Starz

Super Pack Subscription

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Starz Entertainment, LLC and
 DIRECTV, Inc. are offering an exclusive free preview weekend of the Starz
 Super Pack (channels 518 -- 533) to all DIRECTV customers beginning
 Thursday, Oct. 11 through Sunday, Oct. 14. DIRECTV customers who sign up
 for the Starz Super Pack from Monday, Oct. 1 through Sunday, Nov. 18 are
 eligible to receive a $25 Target gift card.
     "The Starz free preview weekend on DIRECTV provides a great way for our
 customers to see the hit movies on the Starz Super Pack," said Randy
 Satterburg, vice president of marketing, DIRECTV. "In addition to the free
 preview, we are pleased to offer our customers an added incentive with a
 $25 Target gift card for new Starz Super Pack subscribers."
     The free preview will highlight 12 of the standard def channels in the
 Starz Super Pack, Starz (east), Starz (west), Starz InBlack, Starz Edge,
 Encore (east), Encore (west) and the Encore theme channels; plus the five
 Starz HD feeds, Starz HD (east), Starz HD (west), Starz Comedy HD, Starz
 Kids & Family HD and Starz Edge HD.

 each channel delivering something new and unique for all movie lovers,"

 Entertainment. The free preview weekend features Hollywood-hits available

 Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and more. Additional movies coming to Starz
 later in 2007 include The Pursuit of Happyness, Marie Antoinette, and Ghost

     DIRECTV customers who sign up for the Starz Super Pack during the
 promotion period will be awarded a $25 Target gift card with proof of a new
 two-month subscription. The gift card is redeemable at Target stores
 nationwide, or online at http://www.target.com.
