HOUSTON, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE: STC) today declared a regular annual cash dividend of $.05 per share, payable December 31, 2009, to Common stockholders of record on December 24, 2009.
