Henry to discuss evolving M&A landscape at the nation's premier summit for financial leaders

This year's theme, "Thriving in a New World Order" will drive discussions on the future of finance, accounting, and strategic business initiatives. Henry will participate on a panel titled "M&A is Now Different; Just Accept it" at 11 a.m. She is one of more than 30 presenters from a wide range of industries.

Henry joined Storwize from Oracle Corporation, where she was VP of finance responsible for the integration of Virtual Iron Software into Oracle after the acquisition in June 2009 and a member of the finance integration team for other Oracle acquisitions. She was co-founder and VP of finance for Ucentric Systems, a venture-backed company acquired by Motorola, and her background also includes corporate reporting, SEC reporting, planning and accounting management while in various roles for 3com, U.S. Robotics and Caremark Corporation.

The Summit's opening keynote session, "Strengthening your Competitive Position in an Economic Downturn," will be moderated by FOX Business Network's Dagen McDowell and the featured luncheon keynote speaker is the U.S. Department of Energy CFO, Steve Isakowitz, who will discuss "Financing a New Generation of Clean Energy Technologies."
