AVAC provides the exclusive license for Northern California STOTT PILATES Certification Centers, which provides education for individuals to become certified STOTT PILATES instructors. AVAC will provide CORE Pilates On 17th with more than $40,000 of STOTT PILATES equipment in a new 2,000 square-foot facility appointed with floor-to-ceiling mirrors. The facility will be owned and directed by Instructor Trainer Chandler Moore, former Pilates Program Director at Presidio Sport and Medicine in San Francisco and STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer for Northern California STOTT PILATES Certification Centers. Moore holds a B.S. in therapeutic dance with an emphasis in sports medicine and psychology. She completed the STOTT PILATES certification in 2002 after graduating from Southwest Missouri State University and became a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer in 2003. In addition to offering pilates education, CORE Pilates On 17th will instruct private and group training for the public.
