Lacey Brings More Than 25 Years Financial and Industry Leadership Experience to Stream

BOSTON, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stream Global Services, Inc. (NYSE AMEX: SGS), a premium business process outsource (BPO) service provider specializing in customer relationship management services for Fortune 1000 companies, today announced that it has appointed Dennis Lacey to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 4, 2010. Based out of the company's global headquarters in Wellesley, Mass., and reporting directly to Stream Chairman and CEO, Scott Murray, Dennis will lead the company's global finance, treasury, taxation, real estate and procurement programs.

A veteran of both corporate finance and the CRM industry, Dennis brings to Stream more than 25 years experience in a number of global service and investment firms. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand LLC, where he reached the level of partner before entering private industry. Dennis's experience includes EVP and Chief Financial Officer of CKE Restaurants, a leading restaurant business owner of Carl's Junior and Hardees, with more than $1.5 billion in revenues and 35,000 employees. Following CKE Restaurants, Dennis was EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Teletech, a global CRM service provider operating in the same industry as Stream. Teletech is a customer care service provider with historical revenues greater than $1 billion, 40,000 employees and offices in over 17 countries throughout the world. While at Teletech, Dennis built financial operating discipline and metrics to manage the business effectively, extended financial reporting across the organization and managed the primary relationships with banks, investors and outside service providers. Over the past several years Dennis has also worked closely with various private equity, financial and investment firms in his most recent role of Head of Capital Markets at Republic Financial Corporation, an international, private investment company.
