AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning October 1st, Stream entered the retail scene by acquiring the leasing and management contracts of ten retail centers in Austin and San Antonio and hiring a Director of Retail and two property managers.

The new Director of Retail, Bryan Dabbs, is responsible for the strategic planning, asset management, growth, and leasing for the Stream retail portfolio which initially equates to approximately 2.0 million square feet of property management and leasing assignments. Bryan has over 23 years experience in the Central Texas retail real estate market.

Prior to joining Stream Realty, Bryan was a Principal with Endeavor Real Estate Group in the Retail Division. Prior to Endeavor, Bryan was head of the retail division for Austin and San Antonio with the Trammell Crow Company where he was named a top producer companywide for three consecutive years. The Austin Business Journal has named Bryan a "Heavy Hitter" in 2007 and 2008 in the retail real estate industry.

Property Managers, Denis Brauchle and Carrie Holt come to Stream through Carden Asset Management; collectively bringing over 43 years of experience managing retail, commercial and industrial properties. Prior to joining Stream, Brauchle was a principal and co-founder of Carden Asset Management. Prior to Carden, Brauchle led the retail property management team at Endeavor overseeing a 1.56 million square foot retail portfolio. He also served as the property management liaison with LaSalle Investment Management, Archon Group and A&B Properties. Holt began her career in real estate management in 1996 at Trammell Crow Company in Austin, joining Endeavor in 2000.
