Sue Hendrickson Joins Cook Associates Executive Search

Hendrickson joins Cook with more than 12 years of executive search experience at Heidrick & Struggles and a boutique executive search firm, where she led search assignments for private equity, founder-led and public companies in all functional areas. She has experience in marketing services, brand management, digital and direct marketing, insights and advertising for retail, consumer, business professional services, financial services and industrial based companies.

Earlier in her career Hendrickson served in senior-level human resources roles for Grant Thornton , LLP, and Heller Financial.

Concentrating on recruiting and people strategy implementation, Hendrickson is certified by the Developmental Dimensions Institute in Targeted Selection-behavioral based interviewing, Management Coaching and Change as Unusual programs.

Hendrickson earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and political science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
