JOURNEYS International once again leads the field with a brand-new concept in family travel - a week-long rainforest adventure camp in Costa Rica

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- JOURNEYS International announces their newest family travel program, Rain Forest Adventure Camp, an activity-packed week of learning about the tropical rainforest and about Costa Rica, designed to engage the whole family.

JOURNEYS Rainforest Adventure Camp for families is based at La Quinta Country Inn, a lush property in the fertile Sarapiqui region near Braulio Carillo National Park. Red ginger plants and banana trees bloom right outside the comfortable air-conditioned guest rooms. Families have their own private porches with hammocks. The gardens are full of colorful frogs, butterflies and tropical birds, and the open-air dining room overlooks a swimming pool nestled in the trees.

Parents or grandparents are welcome with one child or the extended family. The JOURNEYS Rain Forest Adventure Camp 2010 sessions run from June 20-26 and July 31-August 6.
