BURKE, Va., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Sun Design Remodeling Specialists, Inc. of Fairfax, Va., has named Nick Bonadies director of sales and design. The new appointment reflects Sun Design's continuing success as one of the region's fastest growing companies.

Bonadies is a top-performing sales executive with more than 15 years of experience in sales, lead generation, target marketing, negotiation, business development, sales staff management, general management, team motivation, team building and leadership. He comes to Sun Design after 10 years as director of sales and general manager at NVS Contractors where he boosted sales volume four-fold over a nine-year period. Before NVS, Bonadies was director of sales at Home Star Remodeling where he was named the company's top seller within three months of employment and he stayed at the top position throughout his four years there. Bonadies is also a former U.S. Marine.
