Talmer Bancorp, Inc. Files S-1 Registration Statement For Proposed Initial Public Offering
TROY, Mich., Jan. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Talmer Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Talmer Bank and Trust, First Place Bank and Talmer West Bank, announced today that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The offering will include shares to be sold by Talmer Bancorp as well as by certain selling stockholders. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Upon completion, the common stock is expected to be traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "TLMR."
