TCS Announces Launch of ReCAP(TM), a New Regulatory Reporting System

    ALPHARETTA, Ga., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telecom Compliance
 Services (TCS), today announced the launch of its new regulatory reporting
 system, ReCAP(TM).
     Designed as a web-based application to support both client interaction as
 well as the internal processing of critical reporting data, ReCAP(TM) allows
 telecommunication clients to easily retrieve, view, and approve regulatory
 reports required by governmental agencies in the geographical area in which
 they do business that have been assembled and produced by TCS.  As a result,
 TCS clients now have fast and easy access to their information as well as the
 assurance that reports will be filed accurately and on time.  In addition, TCS
 by streamlining the assembly of customer data into the appropriate report
 formats required by governmental agencies, has increased its own staff's
