TechTeam Global Announces Contract Renewal with Deere & Company

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechTeam Global, Inc., (Nasdaq: TEAM), a worldwide provider of information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing services, announced today that it has renewed its service contract with Deere & Company through 2012.

Under the agreement, TechTeam will continue to provide help desk support, desktop support, security administration and technical staffing for Deere in North America, as well as technical staffing and help desk support for European locations. TechTeam provides support for more than 50,000 Deere employees and suppliers across seventeen countries, responding to approximately 20,000 service requests each month in six languages.

Using global best practices and a model of continuous improvement, TechTeam has delivered consistent rapid response to incidents, proactive incident and problem reduction, and substantial cost savings for Deere over the past 10 years.
