ATLANTA, Nov. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ted's Montana Grill, an Atlanta-based restaurant inspired by the American West, is falling into autumn with delicious new additions to its menu. The restaurant debuts a Grilled Shrimp appetizer, updated seasonal Chef's Feature selections and expanded wine options. Ted's will also be open on Thanksgiving Day for a traditional three-course meal. The acclaimed fall-favorite dessert, Apple Pecan Crisp, and seasonal menu items are available now throughout the season.

Ted's newest appetizer, Grilled Shrimp on Ciabatta Toast, is accompanied with a side of arugula tossed in Lemon Vinaigrette. Joining the menu at participating locations is a new brioche bun for the classic bison and beef burgers from Rotella's Italian Bakery, a premier bakery that specializes in a variety of breads and rolls. In addition, all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken will now be served at all Ted's 45 locations, regionally-sourced from local farms that vary per region. Guests who prefer wine can indulge in an expanded selection, including MacMurray Pinot Noir (Wine Enthusiasts' 90 PTS Editor's Choice), Rodney Strong Chardonnay (awarded 15 gold medals and 1 double gold medal in 2016) and Federalist Zinfandel (Wine Enthusiasts' 89 PTS).
Daily, each restaurant selects a lunch and dinner feature as an off the menu special. Fall Chef's Feature entrees include Bison Chopped Steak, Chicken Fried Chicken, Fresh Fish and Prime Rib. Chef's Feature vegetables will now include Sautéed Green Beans, Wilted Spinach and Creamed Spinach.
For a "warm your soul" treat, Ted's seasonal Apple Pecan Crisp is served hot from the oven à la mode. The layers of sliced Granny Smith Apples are complemented by a buttery cinnamon sugar and nutty oat and pecan topping.
Available on Thanksgiving Day only, Ted's Thanksgiving Roast Turkey Feast starts with a side salad, cup of soup, or Karen's "Flying-D" Bison Chili. The main entrée includes Ted's roasted turkey and gravy with herb dressing and cranberry sauce with a choice of "Aunt Fannie's" Squash Casserole, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Carrots. The Thanksgiving feast is complete with Ted's famous Apple Pecan Crisp.
