Tegma is an integrated logistics provider that operates in the transportation, storage, inventory control and management, as well as development of logistics solutions in diverse sectors of the economy, offering a wide portfolio of services. It currently has 58 branches in Brazil, 2,894 direct employees, 3,807 units of own and third-party equipment and 1,571,000 m2 of total yard area.

Financial and Operational Highlights:

Consolidated net revenue totaled R$309.0 million in 4Q09, up by 36.1% on 4Q08, and R$1,134.3 million in 2009, up 15.9% on 2008.

EBITDA grew by 98.2% in 4Q09, totaling R$45.7 million. In 2009, EBITDA amounted to R$ 162.5 million, 31.8% up year-on-year.

Net income amounted to R$21.5 million in 4Q09, up by R$15.4 million (or 257.1%) versus 4Q08. In 2009, net income totaled R$76.5 million in the period, representing a 44.3% growth over the previous year.
