Holiday Shopping Oasis for American Express Cardmembers Opens November 16

    NEW YORK, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- American Express today announced the
 return of its popular Members Lounge this holiday season to The Mall at
 Short Hills in Short Hills, New Jersey and the opening of a new Members
 Lounge at the Natick Collection in Natick, Massachusetts, right outside of
 Boston. The Members Lounge, which launched in Short Hills last November, is
 the ultimate destination for Cardmembers to reinvigorate as they shop
 during the busy holiday season. At the Members Lounge, Cardmembers are
 transported from shopping exhaustion to a luxurious private space filled
 with snacks and refreshments, a coat check, a private restroom, couches and
 seating areas, iPod and cell phone charging stations and an email station,
 all complimentary to American Express Cardmembers. Cardmembers will also be
 able to take advantage of free gift-wrap services in the Members Lounge
 (1).
     This year, the Members Lounge will welcome Robyn Spizman, nationally
 renowned gift expert and author of The Giftionary and Make It Memorable,
 who will offer personal shopping consultations to help Cardmembers pick out
 that perfect gift for everyone on their holiday list (2). Robyn will also
 hold gift wrapping demonstrations to display this year's styles and trends
 in gift wrapping and trimming and offer the secret techniques of
 professionals on how to make spectacular packages for even the simplest
 gift. Cardmembers will also get tips on how to wrap gift cards to make them
 personal and truly memorable. Robyn will appear at the Natick Collection on
 December 11 and at The Mall at Short Hills on December 12.

     Membership Rewards merchandise on the spot, including cameras, Xbox(R)
 360 Video Game Systems and iPhones, all at a discounted point value.
 Additionally, in the Members Lounge, Cardmembers will be able to purchase
 American Express Gift Cards and redeem Membership Rewards points for gift
 cards from several Membership Rewards retail partners, including Bath &
 Body Works, Banana Republic and Gap.
     Members Lounge at Short Hills and Natick will open daily during mall
 hours from November 16 - December 31 (closed November 22 and December 25,
 consistent with mall closings).
