The American Tank & Fabricating Company has Agreed to Join Forces with Composhield A/S and Form a New Subsidiary Called AMTANK Armor, LLC with a Focus on Armoring and Force Protection Needs

    CLEVELAND, April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Tank & Fabricating
 Company is a leading provider of alloy, steel and metallic armored
 components to original equipment manufacturers in support of Department of

     The company announced today the formation of AMTANK Armor, LLC a joint
 venture with a Denmark based company - Composhield A/S. AMTANK Armor, LLC
 will benefit from leading edge manufacturing capabilities and business
 relationships of American Tank together with the introduction of new armor
 technologies that Composhield brings to the market. This joint venture will
 bring new jobs to Northeast Ohio for years to come and introduce new
 material technology that is required to satisfy force protection
