LAVAL, QC, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ - With only a few short weeks to go, Uniboard's newest mill in Moncure, North Carolina will be ready for production. The facility, now at 96% completion and undergoing commissioning, is set to be unveiled within the projection of startup in Q4.
