business management and board governance expertise to the company. Mr.
Quandt will provide strategic growth, financial development and operational

Mr. Quandt is a nationally recognized business leader with more than
three decades of senior management experience leading major corporations
such as, Bank of America, serving as Chairman of Bridge Financial
Information and president of Standard and Poors Corporation and has served
on a number of public and private Boards including Blue Label Interactive,
Digital Orchid Incorporated and Intermix Media/MySpace.
Joining current FRS Company Board members including Lance Armstrong,
Fred Harman, Richard Rosenblatt and Peter Sealey, Mr. Quandt's background
in executive search will also help the company identify top talent to join
