 today announced that business leader James "Jim" Quandt has joined the
 company's Board of Directors and has been elected by fellow outside Board
 members to serve as Chairman of the Board.
     The appointment of Mr. Quandt, as an outside director for the rapidly

 business management and board governance expertise to the company. Mr.
 Quandt will provide strategic growth, financial development and operational

 Digital Orchid Incorporated and Intermix Media/MySpace.
