MINNEAPOLIS, April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- If you purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of MoneyGram International, Inc. ("MoneyGram") between January 24, 2007 and March 25, 2008, inclusive (the "Class Period"), you may be a member of the Class in this action and entitled to share in a $80,000,000 settlement.

You are herby notified, pursuant to an Order of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, that a settlement class has been certified and that a settlement of Eighty Million Dollars ($80,000,000) has been proposed in the above-captioned action. A hearing will be held in the Courtroom of The Honorable David S.
