Commissioned by the BBC and produced by Collingwood O'Hare
Entertainment, The Secret Show is a fast-paced, animated secret agent
series about secret people doing secret things. Best described as Get Smart
meets Monty Python in retro-styled animation, it's a show within a show
masked behind a fictional onscreen series, 'The Fluffy Bunny Show'. Special
agents Victor Volt and Anita Knight work for U.Z.Z protecting the world
against the evil forces of T.H.E.M. Victor and Anita manage to save the
world, once or sometimes even twice a week with the help of their boss
whose name is literally changed daily and his technical egghead Professor
Professor. Not only do they work for a secret organization, but the show
itself is full of secrets.
"We love to super-serve our viewers with diverse styles of animation,
themes and characters and The Secret Show is a great addition to our
line-up," said Dawkins. "The show feels fresh. Everything from the
fictional 'Fluffy Bunny Show' to the super secret agents makes us laugh out
loud. We think our audience will find the show's mix of wit, humor and
retro style animation as exciting as we do."
In the first part of the premiere episode, "The Secret Thing," the
Impostors, creatures capable of replicating humans as "hard copy
holograms," try to steal The Secret Thing. Victor and Anita must protect
The Secret Thing at all costs. But what is The Secret Thing? And how can
Victor tell the difference between the real Anita and the villainous
The second part of the premiere episode, "Who Stole Switzerland,"
follows Martian gravity thieves who are sucking up the Earth's gravity into
trucks and flying it off to planet Mars so they can have 'falling down
parties.' Entire countries are floating around, weightless. Mars, however,
is becoming so gravitational that all the Earth's countries are slowly
being sucked towards it on a collision course. Victor and Anita must get
the Earth's gravity back before the two planets collide.
