 announced today the successful launch of the first commercial version of its
 "made-for-mobile" video forecasts, a range of localized and personalized
 weather forecasts and information that can be received and viewed via a mobile
 video phone. The new offering allows consumers with video phones to access the
 most comprehensive weather data available via mobile phone, including
 national, regional and local forecasts for over 100 U.S. locations, severe
 weather reports, general weather news and feature clips like Dr. Nese's
