As president and COO, Adamik will oversee the organization's domestic and
international day-to-day operations, including its research, sales and
marketing, and business development functions, as well as integrating the
company's rapid global expansion. As CEO, Ayvazian will be focusing on the

Ayvazian and Adamik will maintain their roles as leading industry analysts and
key spokespersons for the Yankee Group.
Ayvazian stated, "Since joining the Yankee Group over six years ago, Brian
has played a major role in developing the expanded research focus and business
processes in our organization. Most recently he was responsible for retooling
our major research programs for enhanced Internet and e-business focus."
Ayvazian added, "Moreover, Brian has been instrumental in guiding the company
to achieve record financial results in the first half of the year. I am
delighted to have Brian in this new and expanded role, and look forward to
working more closely with him in his new capacity to strengthen and accelerate
 our business."
"Reuters Enterprise is pleased with its recent acquisition of the Yankee
Group. Berge and Brian are playing a critical role in the rapid growth of the
company, and we have a strong desire to build a large international business,"
said Brad Hanson, the Yankee Group's chairman and managing director of Reuters
"I am honored and very excited about taking on this new opportunity. My
new role will have me focused on the execution of corporate strategy in an
expedient and customer-centric manner," said Adamik. Specifically, Adamik
will lead the development of a business management team to build upon the
current success in the Internet and e-business research and consulting space
and global market expansion. He will also develop business processes and
procedures that will help guide the company during its continued expansion.
Adamik has held numerous positions within the Yankee Group, including the
overall management of several major research programs. In 1999, he was
appointed COO and has led many of the company's recent transformation efforts,
as well as leading all aspects of research and sales.

spanning the company's engineering, marketing, product management, and
government affairs departments. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of
consumer market strategy, business case development and analysis, market
