Therap Services Promotes Allison Dudo to Assistant Director of Training
WATERBURY, Conn., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap Services, the leading
provider of on-line applications focused on the developmental disability
community, has announced the promotion of Allison Dudo to Assistant
Director of Training. Allison will have the primary responsibility of
providing help and technical guidance to users of Therap applications.

Allison joined Therap Services in 2006 where she worked as Customer
Support Specialist. Allison has over ten years' experience working with
people with disabilities including those with acquired brain injury,
autism, and behaviorally intensive individuals. Prior to joining Therap,
Allison worked as a supervisor at PrimeCare Inc.
Allison completed her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology/Sociology from
Western Connecticut State University at Danbury, Connecticut and is
currently pursing Masters in Arts in Religious Studies from Sacred Heart
University at Fairfield, Connecticut.

Allison's responsibilities in Therap include providing online and live
training and setup for agencies across the country, assisting with
development and implementation of new training materials, assisting
customer support personnel with training needs, developing training
policies and procedures and working with developers on the continuous
improvement of Therap applications. Allison has traveled to Iowa,
Massachusetts, Oregon, Maine and New York, visiting different agencies and
providing support and training on Therap applications.
