Three Finalists In Carmel Car And Limousine Service's 'Carmel Idol' Online Video Contest Selected Winner will receive $6,666 and a chance for the video to appear in upcoming TV commercial
NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Carmel Car and Limousine Service, the largest limousine service in the world, today announced the names of the three finalists in their "Carmel Idol" on-line video contest.
Carmel's 10 judges met on February 9th and after an arduous process picked their top 3 finalists. The judges' selections were than combined with the public votes to arrive to the selection of the finalists.
The three finalists are:
Video CIC-0079 titled "Annie Minogue Carmel Limo"
Video CIC-0084 titled ""The Six Song" by the Carmel's"
Video CIC-0104 titled" The Binghamton University Glee Club - "Call Carmel"
The three finalist's videos will be shown on Carmel's web site – www.CarmelLimo.com – on February 15, 2013 and the public will have a chance to vote for their winning video. Voting for the winner ends on March 15, 2013.
The winner will receive $6,666 and their video will stand the chance of appearing in an upcoming Carmel Car and Limousine Service television commercial.

The public was asked to enter the Carmel Idol contest by creating their own video version of Carmel's ground breaking 666-6666 commercial song. The lyrics were provided by Carmel and could not be changed. The contestant simply had to do their own rendition…the style and melody – from rock to pop to country – and everything in between - was up to them.
Executives from Carmel will announce the name of the lucky winner on March 18, 2013.
