Ticketmaster and Smith's Food & Drug Stores Announce Ticketing Agreement Ticketmaster to Continue Providing Ticketing Services Within

All 28 Stores in Las Vegas and Albuquerque



    LAS VEGAS and ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Ticketmaster, a
 division of USA Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:   USAI) and Smith's Food & Drug Stores,
 today announced a two year extension to their retail ticketing agreement in
 Las Vegas and Albuquerque.  The agreement includes all 28 Ticketmaster retail
 ticket centers within Smith's Food & Drug stores which provide entertainment
 fans with convenient access to purchasing tickets as well as up-to-the-minute
 event information including seating charts, event guides, venue information
 and more.
     Smith's Food & Drug Stores are located throughout Las Vegas and
 Albuquerque and have been Ticketmaster retail ticket outlets since 1991 and
 1996 respectively.  The agreement includes a total of 28 stores, with
 14 locations in each city.  The Ticketmaster retail ticket centers within
 Smith's Food & Drug stores represent 80 percent of Ticketmaster's retail
 ticket centers in both Las Vegas and Albuquerque.
