TMG Health Commitment to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standard and SAS 70 Type II Audit Results

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- TMG Health is committed
to a company wide Quality Initiative designed to continually improve
processes across the organization. The initiative focuses on the
identification and company-wide adoption of Best Practices. This program,
which started last year, focuses on Compliance, the modeling of TMG's
business processes to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standard and to
processes identified in their SAS 70 Type II audit reports. By identifying
and implementing best practices, TMG Health clients will gain the benefit
of industry leading business processes tailored to meet CMS stringent
 demands for operational excellence.

TMG has registered to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standard and
is preparing for the subsequent audit in 2009. TMG's ability to meet the
requirement of ISO 9001:2000 registration provides a disciplined,
documented approach toward building preventive maintenance into services
and products and to avoid the need for corrective actions.

Another element of TMG Health's Quality Initiative is an ISO Process
Auditing program which acknowledges and propagates Best Practices within
TMG, ensures conformity of the Quality Management System to the
requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, identifies opportunities to
reduce errors and re-work, and provides job enrichment and cross-functional
 training to internal process auditors.

To support TMG's commitment to quality, TMG's Executive Sponsored
Quality Roundtable identifies quality plans and initiatives within each
organizational function. The team determines the Best Practices inherent
within each of the respective plan areas, identifies the best practices for
use across the organization, implements these practices in as many
departments as feasible, and sets a plan for the achievement of continuous
 improvement.

TMG Health's Quality Improvement Teams (QITs) bring focus and precision
to process improvement efforts. The QITs typically operate within a 3 - 6
month window and deliver value-added results to the organization related to
identifying and implementing Best Practices and performance to industry
benchmarks. QITs are comprised of management and non-management employees
to ensure a cross-functional approach to Continuous Process Improvement.
The QITs are a vital component in TMG's drive to be Best in Class. TMG
began this quality initiative in the fall of 2007 and has launched 8
successful QITs. TMG's commitment to continuous improvement is evidenced by
the goal of operating 4 - 6 QITs at one time.

TMG Health also recognizes that the operational processes must be
performed accurately and consistently and is heavily dependent upon a
structured IT environment. TMG Health's IT systems and business processes
are well-controlled by providing the client with a certified Statement on
Auditing Standards (SAS) 70 Type II audit report. SAS 70 is the
authoritative guidance that allows TMG to disclose control activities and
processes to customers and customers' auditors in a uniform reporting
format. This widely recognized auditing standard, developed by the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, represents that a service
organization has been through an in- depth audit of their control
objectives and control activities. These audits certify the quality of
TMG's internal controls and strengthen the business processes performed for
 clients.

Jack Tighe, CEO and President of TMG Health, stated, "TMG stands
committed to driving quality across the company. From senior management to
the distributed work force, all will work together to strengthen the
organization. The effect on our employees will be increased job
satisfaction, an increased opportunity to contribute via teams, and an
increased focus on quality. TMG's external stakeholders will benefit from
increased satisfaction, an increase in error-free service delivery, and a
quicker turnaround time for problem resolution."

TMG Health will continue to implement best practices which demonstrate
a visible and measurable commitment to ongoing process improvement.
