TOPEKA, Kan., Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Briggs Dodge, a Topeka Dodge dealership, is very excited to hear that the new 2013 SRT Viper GTS Launch Edition recently was unveiled at the Quail Lodge. The new Viper was part of the "The Quail:  A Motorsports Gathering" and was displayed on the 'Concept Lawn' at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Briggs Dodge is happy that the newest member to the Viper family will feature new state-of-the-art technology, but will still feature historic detailing that makes a Viper, a Viper. Most noticeably the SRT Viper GTS Launch Edition will feature the Viper's historic GTS blue paint paired with the bright white stripes, which are only known to the Launch Edition Vipers.

The newest Viper will also be furnished with the new Viper logo, "Stryker." The "Stryker" logo was chosen at the 2010 Viper Owners Invitational in Utah and marks the first time the Viper logo has been changed since 2003.

The new 2013 SRT Viper GTS Launch Edition will be highly sought after as it offers excellent power thanks to a 8.4-liter V10 engine that generates 640 horsepower and 600 lb./ft. of torque to go with it. 600 lb./ft. of torque is the most torque ever equipped to any natural sports car engine across the globe.
