According to a recent survey conducted by Harris Interactive for SCA Tissue North America, 50% of restaurant patrons who have a negative experience with the restroom—bad odors, grimy soap dispensers, dirty toilets, and other cleanliness problems—blab about it to friends and family. And 29% will never return to give the restaurant a second chance.
