Touchstone Funds Names New Sub-Advisor for Touchstone Growth Opportunities Fund

    CINCINNATI, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Touchstone Investments announced
 today that Westfield Capital Management Company, LLC ("Westfield") has been
 named as the new sub-advisor of the Growth Opportunities Fund (the "Fund").
 The change is effective as of July 18, 2006.
     Westfield replaces Mastrapasqua Asset Management, Inc. as sub-advisor.
 William A. Muggia, the president and chief investment officer of Westfield,
 is the lead portfolio manager of the Fund. Muggia is assisted by a team of
 ten seasoned investment professionals. The Fund's principal investment
 strategies have been changed to reflect the investment process that
 Westfield employs for all of its strategies.
     The Fund invests in growth stocks that span the capitalization spectrum
 which Westfield believes has the potential to outperform the broad market
 as measured by the Russell 3000 Growth Index. Since Westfield's All-Cap
 Growth strategy's universe includes stocks of companies of all market
 capitalizations, the Fund's benchmark has been changed to reflect this
 approach.
