Louisville Company Looks to Add 100 New Employees to Boulder County

    LOUISVILLE, Colo., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Responding to company growth,
 TransFirst, a leading provider of transaction processing services and payment
 enabling technologies, is hosting a job fair from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on
 Wednesday, September 15 at its new divisional headquarters at 371 Centennial
 Parkway in Louisville, Colo.
     Based in Dallas, TransFirst is the largest privately held transaction
 processor, and the 12th largest in the U.S. with $18.5 billion in annual
 processing volume for more than 150,000 merchants and 760 banks.  All of the
 company's operations are handled out of its Louisville, Colo. office, where
 the company currently employs approximately 200 people.
     To handle its growth, TransFirst is doubling its office space to
 73,000-square-feet and will be holding Wednesday's job fair at this new office
 location (371 Centennial Parkway).
     "This is the third time in TransFirst's history that the company has
 doubled its business and size," said Mark Travis, TransFirst's Senior Vice
 President and CFO.  "We are extremely pleased with the level of people we've
 brought on board in Colorado, and we are hoping to recruit approximately 100
 new employees starting immediately."
     TransFirst has positions open in every category -- from entry level to
 senior account management, with most of these being full-time positions.
 One-on-one interviews will be held at the job fair and six-to-eight TransFirst
 managers and senior level executives will be present throughout the day to
 interview job seekers.
     In April, 2004, TransFirst acquired the third party and agent bank
 merchant division of Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank Processing Solutions.
 The transaction increased the company's size from $11 billion to $18.5 billion
 in annual processing volume and ranked the company as the nation's 12th
 largest processor, according to The Nilson Report's 2002 list of top U.S. bank
