Leading Security Provider Strengthens Contract, Legal and Regulatory Conformance

HERNDON, Va., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Triple Canopy, Inc., a leading provider of integrated security and mission support services, announced today that Mark Syrnick has been appointed as director of government contract and regulatory compliance. Syrnick will lead the company's contract compliance program while managing legal and regulatory conformance and ISO certification activities.

Syrnick is a licensed attorney with more than 25 years of government contracting and compliance experience in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Triple Canopy, Syrnick was the legal and compliance director for M/A COM, Inc. where he was responsible for legal, government contracts, strategic alliances and compliance. Syrnick has also held leadership positions with Rockwell Collins, Inc., L-3 Communications, DuPont and Harris Corporation.

Syrnick graduated with a bachelor of arts from LaSalle College and earned a juris doctorate from Memphis State University School of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia, Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York and Pennsylvania Bars.
