Tripp Lite Appoints Ileana Fiore Regional Manager Of South America's 'Southern Cone'

    CHICAGO, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Tripp Lite, a world leader in the
 manufacture of power protection equipment, today appointed Ms. Ileana Fiore as
 Regional Manager of South America's "Southern Cone," including Argentina,
 Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.  Ms. Fiore's appointment amplifies
 Tripp Lite's commitment to exceed expectations of service and quality in the
 South American market.
     As Regional Manager, Ms. Fiore's priorities are to work with her Territory
 Sales Managers in executing her market penetration strategy, build strong
 partnerships with Tripp Lite distributors, recruit new resellers, and educate
 local corporations on the need for power protection.  Ms. Fiore, based in
 Buenos Aires, Argentina, will report to Sam Atassi, Tripp Lite's Regional
