Tripp Lite Strengthens Its Commitment to Latin American Market With Bogota, Colombia Warehouse Opening

    CHICAGO, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Tripp Lite, a world leader in the
 manufacture of power protection equipment, continues to build operations in
 Latin America with the recent opening of a new distribution warehouse in
 Bogota, Colombia.
     The Bogota warehouse, which will open its doors officially in December,
 will help speed orders of Tripp Lite product throughout Colombia.  Other
 warehouses already serving Latin America include Miami (USA), Montevideo
 (Uruguay), Iquique (Chile), San Jose (Costa Rica), Guatemala City (Guatemala)
 and Mexico City (Mexico).

 better serve the Latin American market.  Our new Bogota warehouse allows us to
 supply our Colombian distributors more expeditiously while reducing their

     In addition to this warehouse facility, Tripp Lite is adding several new
 service centers throughout Colombia.  These service centers will open in major
