Triunfo Announces Monthly Operational Data
SAO PAULO, Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos S.A. (BM&FBovespa: TPIS3; OTC: TPIUY.PK), a leading Brazilian infrastructure company, hereby announces its preliminary operational data for January of 2012.
1M12 HIGHLIGHTS
- In January of 2012, traffic volume increased by 5.8% over the last year, reaching 7,565,000 equivalent vehicles. Our individual concessions, Concer, Concepa and Econorte, registered year-on-year equivalent vehicle growth of 4.8%, 7.0% and 4.0%, respectively.
- In the same period, handled container volume at the port of Navegantes grows up 5.1% year-on-year to 45,102 TEUs.
- Handled container volume at Maestra totaled 1,909 TEUs, in January.
- Energy generation totaled 74,352 MWh in January.
