VANCOUVER, Dec. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - TTM Resources Inc. ("TTM" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its shareholders approved all matters presented at the Annual General Meeting held on December 11, 2012.

The Company's shareholders re-elected Crichy Clarke, Richard Jordens, Terry Lyons , Warren Robb , Robert Sibthorpe , and Kevin Ogle to the Board of Directors.  Each shall serve as a Director of the Company until the 2013 Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders of the Company also appointed Manning Elliott, Chartered Accountants, as auditors for the ensuing year; approved the 2012 Stock Option Plan, the particulars of which are set out in more detail in the Company's Management Information Circular dated November 6, 2012 (the "Circular"); and re-approved the Company's Shareholder Rights Plan, the particulars of which are set out in more detail in the Circular.
