Tube City IMS Announces Promotions

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Tube City IMS, LLC, a leading provider of products and services to steel mills and foundries globally, today promoted two executives.

Electa Boyle has been promoted to Vice President of Financial Operations and Corporate Controller. Ms. Boyle has a bachelor's degree in accounting from West Virginia University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Boyle joined the Company in 2008.

Kirk Peters has been promoted to Vice President, Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Peters, who joined the Company in 2005, has a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. Mr. Peters is a Certified Public Accountant.
