Turiss Announces Management Changes: Mellinger Assumes CEO Role
RESTON, Va., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Turiss, LLC, an industry leader in proactive cyber-fraud intelligence and anti-financial fraud software, announced today that Phil Mellinger has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Trevor Reschke, Turiss Founder, will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Mellinger has worked in high-tech security for 29 years with a wide-ranging progression of experience spanning military, Federal, international, and commercial service. Mr. Mellinger joined the company in July serving in the role of Chief Technology Officer, and has guided the development of products directed at combating the theft of online credentials via crimeware. Prior to joining Turiss, Mr. Mellinger was the Chief Information Security Officer for First Data, a leading financial transaction processor. Prior to his work at First Data, he had an extensive career with the US government, including security assignments with the U.S. Air Force, NATO staff, and the National Security Agency.
