MEXICO CITY, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TV Azteca, S.A. de C.V. (BMV: TV AZTCA; Latibex: XTZA), one of the two largest producers of Spanish- language television programming in the world, announced that on December 4, the company will make a cash distribution to shareholders of Ps.200 million, which represents approximately Ps.0.07 per CPO.

As previously announced, the distribution was approved by the TV Azteca Shareholders' Meeting held on December 27, 2007.
