U.N. Torture Complaint Names United States & California Courts In Richard I. Fine Political Prisoner Case

WASHINGTON, March 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Full Disclosure Network® presents a four minute video preview    of an exclusive cable television interview with Lawrence John, II a decorated former military and civilian police officer. Last week John filed a  torture complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Commission on behalf of attorney Richard I. Fine who has been held in the L.A. County Central Men's jail for over a year in solitary "Coercive Confinement" for civil contempt of court after attempting to disqualify Superior Court Judge David Yaffe who had accepted illegal payments from a party involved in the case. DEMAND FOR A HEARING

The complaint filed was made public by Richard I. Fine on March 25, 2001 in his Superior Court "Demand for an Immediate 'Farr Hearing'" (http://tiny.cc/Demand) that includes the U. N. Complaint, a declaration by Fine describing court corruption in California and how the United States Courts have intentionally violated Court Rules, legal ethics and his basic civil and human rights.

TORTURE EXPOSED

In the interview Mr. John describes how Dr. Fine's conditions met the United Nations criteria for  "Torture" and that of a political prisoner.  He tells of the conditions under which Dr. Fine has been forced to live for over a year. Fine was ordered jailed on March 4, 2009, without being convicted of crime, without bail, a hearing date or a release date. When his upper dental place broke on Jan. 5, 2010 his ability to eat was severely impaired. L.A. County Sheriff's Department refused to provide dental care for him for eight weeks, claiming they could not repair the plate and that they would not replace it. Only after Dr. Fine filed numerous " inmate complaints" and received attention from actor Ed Asner and the media did the Sheriff's Department act to fix the dental plate.
